Short update to my moment of Zen. I found him and it’s even cooler than it was originally!
Also, last weekend Sharron and I did some work in the yard. We’ve been trying to actually coerse our yard into being somewhere we’d like to spend time. We haven’t had too much luck yet as our patio is still too small to use. We did put out grass seed on Saturday though, so hopefully in a couple of weeks we’ll have a nice lawn.
The other project we’ve worked on in the yard this weekend was the first step in installing a pagoda. We installed some stones for the pagoda to sit upon:
This morning I was going through my usual routine and was headed down to my car. As I reached the bottom of the steps, some movement caught my eye: Out in the street there was a small yellow ball casually rolling/bouncing down the street (it’s a hill). I stopped and watched it roll/bounce by and waited for someone to run after it. Nobody did.
Ok, it’s official. I moved over to my new job yesterday. I am the Support Flight Commander. This flight is in charge of Graphics, Post Office, Publishing and Records Management. Pretty cool overall. I’ll let you know when I know what the heck I’m supposed to be doing.
